Valuations & Variations
We prepare, submit, and negotiate valuations in line with NEC and JCT frameworks - keeping payment flow steady and reducing friction. Once in motion, value recovery becomes predictable, and payment delays are less likely to disrupt operations. On the variation side? Compensation Events (NEC) and Variation Orders or Instruction (JCT) are documented and submitted, commercially justified and on schedule. Verbal site instructions are captured. Change is recorded. Margin stays safeguarded against untracked scope.
Cost Control
In order to keep cost control on track, regular CVR reviews and forecasts are reconciled against actual cost, to flag drift early and protect project margin. Live updates mean numbers reflect reality, not guesswork. Client-side expectations? Internal accountability? Commercial position? All perfectly aligned, delivering clarity where it matters most.
Claims
When delays start to pose a commercial risk, entitlement is secured through Extensions of Time and Loss & Expense claims, in accordance with NEC/JCT procedures. Delay events and cost impacts are captured early - backed by supporting records, critical path data, and clear cause-effect narratives aligned with contract clauses. Every claim is built around clear entitlement - designed to withstand scrutiny, minimise exposure, and preserve negotiation power.
Subcontractor Accounts
We manage subcontractor accounts from tender review to final accounts - giving you full-cycle oversight and tighter control over margin drift. Subcontractor claims are reviewed in order of exposure, keeping overpayments and cost leakage in check. With downstream spend under control and commercial exposure reduced, internal teams gain back time for high-value decision-making.
