Our dispute resolution services are for both contractors and developers. Essentially we help anybody who might be involved in a dispute.
First we meet with you, discuss the details of the dispute, and create a strategy in order to create the most favourable outcome with the least drawbacks possible. The first step of the official process will always be to send a letter of findings to the other party, and if an agreement cannot be reached at this stage, move to further methods of resolution such as arbitration and adjudication.
We increase the chance of a favourable outcome, decrease the likelihood of damaging effects, and increase the amount of time doing what your internal team does best: building.
Simple disputes may take as little as a few weeks, however some complex disputes may require more complex processes to resolve, especially if they require legal processes so could take as much as three months. However BLC will always take you towards the route of the most favourable outcome possible that requires the least amount of time necessary to complete and win.
